STORE POLICY

  • Cancellation Policy for Regular Alterations: Cancellations
    are permitted, though 50% of the agreed upon price is
    non-refundable.
  • Cancellation for Bridal Alterations: In the event of cancella-
    tion by the client, the client will forfeit the deposit and must compensate  the Vendor for any additional work done past the deposit amount. At the time of Cancellation, Vendor agrees to return the garment to the client.
  •  I accept MasterCard,
    Visa, cash or cashier’s check.
  • Bustle is not included in regular alteration prices. If you require bustle work, we will discuss the additional amount in person.
  • All provided garments and accessories, or under-garments, are non-refundable after sold.

Custom Gowns

Etelka can create a gown or formal garment from her own design, or she can alter and update gowns and formalwear that are already in your closet!
